Delivery Policy
1. Receipt of Goods:
Customers are advised to accept receipt of aesthetics products within the specified delivery timeframe and location provided at the point of sale. If a customer is unable to receive the goods upon the first delivery attempt, the customer shall be liable for the products henceforth.
2. Delivery in Installments:
The Seller may, unless otherwise expressly agreed, deliver the products in one or more installments. Each installment will be treated as a separate contract. Failure to deliver one or more installments or any claim regarding the installments does not entitle the Buyer to treat the entire contract as repudiated.
3. Third-Party Acceptance:
Once the goods are accepted by a third party on behalf of the Buyer or left at a requested location on behalf of the Buyer, the Seller shall not be held liable for any damage or loss incurred. The Buyer must ensure that authorized third parties are notified and prepared to accept the goods, storing them correctly until received by the Buyer.
4. Risk and Title:
The risk of damage or loss of goods shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery. However, the title of the goods shall not pass to the Buyer until the Seller has received full payment in cash or cleared funds for the agreed price and any other amounts owed by the Buyer to the Seller under these conditions.
Return Policy
1. 14 Days Return Policy:
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt for our aesthetics products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products within this period subject to the conditions below.
2. Conditions for Return:
• The products must be unopened and in the original sealed packaging.
• The products must be in good condition, free from any damage, tampering, or signs of use.
• The return must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
3. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within the 14-day return period. Provide your order details and reasons for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process.
4. Return Acceptance:
Upon receiving the returned products, we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return conditions mentioned above. If the return is accepted, an e-voucher will be issued to the customer for the equivalent value of the returned products.
5. Non-Acceptance of Return:
Products that do not meet the return conditions will not be accepted, and the customer will be notified accordingly. In such cases, the products will be returned to the customer at their expense.
6. E-Voucher Usage:
The issued e-voucher can be used for future purchases of aesthetics products from our store. It is non-transferable and valid for a specified period from the date of issue.
UK Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Options and Cut-off Time:
We offer a Next Day Delivery option for customers within the UK on weekdays (Monday to Friday). To avail of this service, orders must be placed before 3:00 PM (UK time) on weekdays. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed for delivery on the following working day.
2. Delivery Charges:
The Next Day Delivery option is available at a flat rate of £8.99 for eligible orders within the UK.
3. Delivery Times:
For orders placed before 3:00 PM (UK time) on weekdays (Monday to Friday), the delivery will be scheduled for the next working day. Please note that weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays are not considered as working days.
4. Order Processing:
Once your order is placed and payment is successfully processed, our team will begin processing your order immediately. You will receive an email confirmation with the order details and the expected delivery date.
5. Tracking Information:
For your convenience, we provide tracking information for Next Day Delivery orders. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with a tracking number. You can use this trackingnumber to monitor the status of your delivery.
6. Delivery Partners:
We partner with reliable courier services to ensure prompt and secure delivery of your orders. While we strive to deliver within the specified time frame, external factors such as weather conditions or unforeseen events may cause slight delays. Rest assured, we will make every effort to keep you informed about any potential delays.
7. Delivery Address:

8. Undelivered Packages:
In the rare event that the courier is unable to deliver your package on the first attempt, they will make additional attempts on the following working days. If the package remains undelivered after multiple attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, please contact our customer support team.
9. Non-Working Days:
Orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Next Day Delivery is not available on non-working days.
International Shipping Policy
